Full credit history and affordability checks are performed on all applications and strict follow up of arrears is performed very diligently.

We have dedicated Letting Staff who negotiate leases for landlords and an Administrator who administers the portfolio during the currency of the Lease. Our dedication to duty includes the screening of potential tenants by way of background checks, ITC, employment and affordability checks. These checks reduce your risk to a minimum. 

Leases are continuously updated to take into account changes in legislation for the benefit of landlords. Our accounting and legal expertise and long service history will assist in maximizing landlord investments in the medium to long term. 

All funds held by us are held in trust in terms with Section 32 of the Estate Agency Affairs Act 112 of 1976 which gives you peace of mind. Accounts can be paid out of rentals received on your behalf and net rentals are paid out electronically to your chosen accounts around the 10th day of each month.
